Literally meaning: “growth of vessel’s flesh”
Origin: Anc Greek
αγγείο/aggio (=vessel, receptacle) > άγγος/aggos(=tube)
+ σαρξ/sarx(=flesh) >genitive form σαρκός/sarcos
+(-ωμα)/(-oma)=suffix denoting state or condition of mass growth

Coined/History
Angiosarcoma is a type of sarcoma (soft tissue neoplasm). The term of sarcoma was coined  by Galen (ca 130-200) who described sarcoma as a “ fleshy excrescence” with appearance of raw meat (σαρξ) although under the same term he combined swelling and benign tumors. 
Definition
Angiosarcoma is a malignant neoplasm originated from inner lining of blood cells  characterized for its rapidly proliferating and  presence almost throughout  the body.
